Service Description
Gootopia Birthday Parties are incredible, hands-on fun for slime fans aged 3 upwards. IMPORTANT NOTE • You can also email, call or text/WhatsApp us to book your party rather than booking through the website. • If you don't see the time and date you want, just get in touch. • Package includes up to 15 children (15 extra children can be added for £15 per child -pay at the venue on the day). • Maximum number of kids 40. OUR £299 PARTY PACKAGE INCLUDES: • Friendly, experienced Slime Party leaders to run the party (leaving you to relax!) • Each guest goes away with two jars of slime - one they've made themselves, and a jar of the giant slime the group make together. • Everybody gets to make their own individual slime from scratch. Plus, everybody works together to make a GIANT slime. • Each party starts with our fun Slime Show where we learn about slime science and discover the world's weirdest slimes. • Original Slime Party. Our Original Slime recipe gives you lots of colour choices, mix-ins such as glitter, foam beads and shaving foam, plus scents like bubblegum. If you would like a glow slime party the cost is an extra £1 per child payable on the day. Our Glow Slime includes fewer mix-ins, but a chance to make your slime glow! CAKE & FOOD OPTIONS Cake Time: We provide 15 minutes after the party for cake (not provided) and singing "Happy Birthday." Dining at Lewisham & Wandsworth: For £69, you can extend your booking to include dining time in a dedicated space. Simply select the "Dining Time Extension" option for the time slot immediately after your party ends. Dining at Gravity Locations: At Gravity venues where Gootopia operates as a concession, you can reserve a dining space at no extra cost. Please note that all food must be purchased directly from the Gravity Café, and pre-ordering is highly recommended. PARTY TIMINGS All timings relative to start time. Party Timings (Without Party Room Booking) Arrival Time to 15minutes - Aprons on 15 Minutes After Start: The Slime Party begins. It lasts for 1 hour. 1 Hour 15 Minutes After Start: Time to cut the cake and sing Happy Birthday. This takes 15 minutes. 1 Hour 30 Minutes After Start: The party concludes. Party Timings (With Party Room Booking) Arrival Time to 15minutes - Aprons on 15 Minutes After Start: The Slime Party begins. It lasts for 1 hour. 1 Hour 15 Minutes After Start - Move to Party Room - access for one hour. 2 Hours 15 Minutes After Start: The party concludes.

Workshop tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date. If you miss your session you will be required to purchase another ticket. Party bookings - up to 14 days before your party, you can transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability. Bookings are non-refundable. School & corporate bookings - up to 7 days before your event, you can transfer your booking to another date, subject to availability. Bookings are non-refundable. Product Safety: All ingredients used in our slime-making are child-safe. However, participation is at the attendees' own risk. Property Damage: Slime may come into contact with clothes or personal items. Gootopia accepts no liability for any damage or staining. Personal Safety: Ingredients may occasionally contact eyes or open wounds, typically remedied by washing with warm water. Gootopia holds no liability for any resulting discomfort or injury. Activity Risks: Our workshops may include lively activities, such as a giant slime making, where children may run and engage in boisterous play. While we prioritise safety, accidents like slipping may occur. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Store Safety: Our stores may have staircases. We urge guardians to accompany children on stairs and exercise caution. Gootopia is not responsible for accidents in these areas.
